Vipoo was born in 1969 in Thailand. He received his Bachelor of Art (ceramic) from Rangsit University, Bangkok, Thailand in 1994. After completing his education, Vipoo moved to Australia in 1997, where he continued to develop his skills as a ceramic artist.
