Biography:
William Bisby Finley (1892-1963) was an American artist known for his watercolor paintings. He was born in New York City and studied at the Art Students League of New York. Finley's work often featured landscapes, still lifes, and figures, and he exhibited regularly throughout his career. He was a member of the National Academy of Design and the American Watercolor Society. Finley died in 1963.
