Yi Bingshou (Chinese, 1754–1815) was a Chinese artist who was born in China in 1754 and died in China in 1815. He is known for his work in the medium of PAPER and his style is not specified. Yi Bingshou is credited with popularizing Yangzhou fried rice and is also traditionally credited with the invention of Yi mein noodles. He was a Chinese calligrapher and political figure during the Qing dynasty.
