Biography:

Utagawa Yoshimori (歌川芳盛) was a Japanese woodblock print artist born Taguchi Sakuzō in 1830 and died in either 1884 or 1885. He was a student of Utagawa Kuniyoshi, known for his Yokohama-e (横浜絵), landscape prints, print designs of historic scenes, birds and other aspects of the port city of Yokohama.
