Boris Zabirokhin is a Russian artist born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in 1947. He graduated from the Leningrad College of Industrial Arts in 1970. Zabirokhin works in various printmaking techniques, including etching, dry needle, lithography, and linocut. He is an Honored Artist of Russia and a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Zabirokhin's work has been exhibited in galleries in Berlin and St. Petersburg, and his artworks have been offered at auction multiple times. He is known for his detailed and expressive prints, often featuring landscapes and urban scenes.
