Biography:

Zheng Yuanyou, born in Lanzhou in 1292, lives and works in Beijing. Zheng received his MFA in Film, Video, New Media from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. He has exhibited his works in numerous international exhibitions, including the 11th Shanghai Biennale, the 10th Gwangju Biennale, and the 57th Venice Biennale. His works often explore the relationship between technology and society, and he is known for his innovative use of new media in his art practice.
